@sayitformemusic: I just went through three weeks of hell because my own sister made a decision in a moment when the pain became bigger than everything else. She thought there was no tomorrow worth waiting for. But when everything became real, the fear in her eyes is something I will never, ever forget. Suddenly she wanted to fight. And that’s the part that has changed me. I wish I could go back and make her see that tomorrow could be different. I wish I could make her understand that how you feel in your darkest hour does NOT get to decide what the rest of your life could look like. Because pain lies to you. It tells you nothing will change. It tells you this is forever. It tells you there’s no other version of your life waiting for you. Please don’t believe it. You can be completely exhausted and still want tomorrow. You can hate the way life feels right now and still want your life. You can say “I can’t keep living this way” and mean exactly that… THIS way. Something has to change. Not everything has to end. All There Is!! Beautiful Jen!! I lost my sister in law 5 years ago! She made sure she didn’t feel any pain! She took pills and alcohol and ended it! There were no signs! She was the happiest person I knew! Then I was on FB and read her goodbyes and I sent my husband there, but it was too late, she was gone! Such a beautiful woman! Her life just thrown away! I wish she could have talked to her family! She went home to her parents in Heaven! And left her brothers and sisters in law to grieve her loss! ♥️🥰🦋

Another beautiful song. Thank you for this. Many people are suffering & no longer want to fight to see another tomorrow. I pray for all of them. I lost 2 brothers that gave up, unfortunately. I keep going for them. For me. For my family & friends. Their pain doesn't stop, we are left to carry it onward. My best advice, would be to cry for them, laugh with them still. I keep their memory alive by talking about them, sharing stories of them, etc. There's no road map & there's definitely not a grief period. It comes in waves. Feel it, cry, laugh, whatever you have to do, to get through the day. Just try not drown in it. Bless you all. Thank you. 🙏🥰

As someone who has been on both sides of this, who almost lost themselves years ago in one weak moment, and years later almost lost my sister the same way. After losing my brother-in-law to the monsters in his own head, and 3 dear friends, all over the past 5 years, I can now feel everything tiny piece of what I almost put everyone in my life through, and I made a promise to the people I love.
