The league suspends everyone involved after a fight. The last real rivalry moment was Tyler Austin’s fight with Joe Kelly back in the day. Everyone involved in the fight got suspended so it just deflates the rivalry. Now it’s just twitter beef

I know you guys are on your high horses you won a pivotal series and as much as I hate the Yankees you guys were better and beat our ass good statement but this comes in waves and you know it every fandom as irrational fans and you as a yankees fan has no right to say this since yall did this in 2022 in the playoffs we smoked the yankees and some of the crying and just down right bad takes yall had go way beyond these levels it goes both ways your team won so you think you can say this like you have superiority after two years of success against us and our front office doesn’t even want us to win so still haven’t won since 2009 tho so keep grandstanding

I would rest my pitcher too, it’s a crucial game, whoever wins will get home team during playoffs if they face each other. And both teams are close in record so I think it’s kinda stupid Boston didn’t sit there best pitcher for the Yankees.
