This was my daughter in 7th grade. A teacher that she didn't even know or have a class with, noticed her. Alone. Always alone. That teacher helped save my daughter's life that day. Please notice all of the students.

This is so good , I was a bus driver for 12 years and I always payed attention, it’s amazing what a child will tell you when feel that you care .

I had a student last year that a few months into the year I noticed that she was always alone on the playground. I spoke with 4 girls in my class that were very close and asked them to invite this girl to play with them sometimes. I told them it didn’t need to be every day but maybe a few times a week. After that day that little girl hung out with the 4 girls quite often and although she was quiet and didn’t engage a lot in conversation, she was not alone anymore. I was so proud of those girls and my heart was full! ❤️

Last year I sent my son to school with a lunch every day. I thought he was eating it which kind of surprised me due to the ADHD meds he’s on. I asked him if he was eating it and he said no, he gives the food to the 2 other boys at his lunch table. I asked why???! He said they never have any food. I just continued on, actually sent a little more until the end of the school year.

I’m a janitor at a vocational school and I stand in the hallways during every class change and watch the students the new ones that come in the one that’s been there for a couple years just to see how they’re doing🥰

This made me cry. Oh how I recognize these transitions, children and adults. I do wish more people, especially those in a position to act upon it, would step forward. 🙏
