I understand a lot of this, but what is still gripping me is the thought of having to accept and enjoy being in a circumstance that seems inhumane to me. I understand that as a desire to live purely within all things, but my instincts towards perceived justice towards the vulnerable feels innate and unquestionable

Gods been putting me in so many situations over and over with woman who hate on me. Gossip judge due to their own jealousy or insecurity. I recognize it and just distance myself and I don’t let it impact me because I know who I am. But why does this keep repeating for me?

I am so blessed and grateful for every trauma that allowed me to choose what I wish to believe. The sexual trauma was terrible, for instance, but it helped me gain control over me.

My kidney stone, Cheryl - she passed a couple weeks ago. But she has been my best nutrition/fitness coach ever. Best believe she taught me to hydrate and eat clean!! 24 hours of 20/10 pain’ll do that to ya!! lol

Yeah, getting the choice back is the healing most never accomplish, being able to take down those barriers does take some work, and it can feel wrong until it doesn’t. I really like the way you expressed this, and I will add this to my own ideas of being all that I can be. Thanks. 💚😺💚

Thank you for this, I thought to my self that I never learned from the condition that happened and kept on happening for me and now I realized I did really grow, like a lot. And there still some resistance but now I know how to deal with it. Not easy, but I just know. You are so beautiful!!! 💜💜💜
