My daughter and I were in the shampoo aisle, and as we rounded the corner, a manager came out of the back, playing our conversation full blast on her cell phone. She immediately passed by us and I looked in bewilderment! My daughter and I were too stunned to speak another word until we got outside. This was in June in a PA target. Never again will I step foot in another target!
