Run your exhaust brake on full all the time. Keeps the vanes moving so they don't freeze up.

I’m glad I found this video . So on my 2015 ram 2500 running with my exhaust break on ,when letting off the pedal I usually would hear the turbo as the truck slowed now it sounds like it’s stuttering . Would that possibly be the vanes sticking ?
