@insideedition: A daughter says she did a wellness check on her father after not hearing from him for weeks and got a shocking surprise. Nora Rowland tells Inside Edition when she arrived at her dad's house, the locks had been changed. She says she rang the doorbell camera and the woman who answered told her that her father had died. Rowland says upon entering the house every trace of him was gone and another person had been living there, a caregiver hired to help her dad.
