We women have been using fabrics for periods for *thousands* of years, why people are scared of fabric that can easily be cleaned and reused is lost on me. Disposable pads and tampons are full of heavy metals and ruin the environment! I'm a diva cup girly all the wayyyy

It's you It's like a towel, you don't throw a towel away just because you got it dirty after drying yourself. You wash the towel and use it again.

Guys the way you wash your underwear is how you wash the reusable pads Mina I perfer washing my underwear with my hands so I will do the same with the pad.
