I think getting a cheaper Apple Pencil off of Amazon would be fine because real Apple Pencils are just expensive for no reason

I got the Apple Pencil and a cheaper one. To be honest I haven’t touched the non Apple Pencil. The Apple Pencil feels better and responds better on the screen but if you aren’t planning on writing on your iPad a ton and just want it for random notes just do the cheaper one but make sure it is compatible with your iPad make
