@kirkandre: The verdict is still out on this running thing. But I can say…a good run just sets the tone for the rest of my day. So much so that some of my mornings have included getting a good run in with the homies. And after spending some of my morning outside, nothing beats coming home and resetting with @dovemencare Plant-Powered Body Wash.
