This was the kitchen/dining space after we cleaned the house in May of 2020. We were fixing to bring my grandpa home from the hospital/nursing home and knew it needed to be cleaned for his safety. We spent many weeks during Covid cleaning every room minus the room in the garage out for my grandpa.

as a property manager, if your rent it, i highly recommend replacing the ac filters yourself. it gives you an excuse to walk in the house every 1-3 months, to get the vibe of house clean/dirty/damaged the tenants are with the house
