I once sailed through the night from San Diego to Catalina during a bioluminescence period. Dolphins would swim towards the boat at full speed and it looked like torpedoes were coming straight for us. They would veer to bow to ride the waves our boat was creating. One of my life’s most crazy spectacular memories.
