Yes. I’m almost 40 and AI terrifies me. I have sent no less than 3 diatribes to my workplace to STOP suggesting AI use to me. I won’t be using it and I let them know the several reasons why. I’m in a union so I feel safer telling them this (and I do my job well). But it’s genuinely making me feel like I may go into anti-AI psychosis. It makes me so deeply angry.

i work at a middle school and it’s genuinely awful seeing the kids and teachers using it. seeing anyone using it, really. but children and people in charge of others’ education…. it’s a different kind of scary

ALL. THE. TIME. I’m a nurse and do my best to feel so deeply in my heart that we’re irreplaceable but it’s so hard not to feel a sense of straight up DOOM when AI is infiltrating the medical system😅

All things are possible?😅 Also “This Jungian Life” podcast has some interesting takes on this convo. “Jung vs. Borg” episode specifically. Doesn’t specifically address the ending of humanity but very great convos about it i think!
