I don’t eat fast food very often, but I was starving one night on my lunch break and the only thing open was McDonald’s. I went through the drive thru to get a chicken sandwich. They said they couldn’t accept any orders that weren’t placed through the app after a certain time. I had to download the app and when I tried to order it wouldn’t let me. They said “since the app isn’t working, we’ll make an exception.” Huh?? So it’s not that you’re incapable, you just don’t want people ordering the old fashioned way 😒
