Thank you for having captions however they are too large and get cut off in the video. Would you consider editing them for the future ones? Also, as far as adapting the world, I finally got a pop socket for my phone, and I buy a lot of pre-chopped things or have prepped ingredients that I can add to.

cruising makes travel so much easier. I can rest while the boat gets me to my next destination and there are built in breaks (sea days).

I got the kindle stand holder and the remote page turner. CHANGED MY LIFE!!! I can move my elevated bed where I need it for neck support plus leg support then I bring the kindle stand next to my bed. I bend it where I need it for comfort of all my body parts. The remote page turner allows me to keep my very cold hands under the blankets. I know this probably sounds bougie but I have loads of medical bills probably like the rest of you. The page turners were about $15-20 on Amazon-I love the ring one as opposed to the one you have to hold on your hand. The kindle stand was a little more expensive but I asked for it as a gift from my family. The elevated bed stand we got second hand on Marketplace. I make the font bigger on the kindle to help with eye strain. All of these things together make it possible for me to read to my hearts desire, which is usually hours at night before bed because who can go to sleep early with all this pain?!?! Anyway, I hope this helps someone out there! Thank you Grace for your amazing content. I’ve learned and implemented so much from you. I especially love the tip about using something around your legs in the car to help support your hips. I use a pilates band and small pillow between my knees on longer drives and holy cow the difference is unbelievable!!! Thank you for all you do for us Zebras. I’ve been able to pass a lot of your tips down to my two girls who also hEDS.

Heel raises while brushing my teeth. I’m a big proponent of heel raises helping prevent my sprained ankles

I told my husband tonight, I don’t know what’s worse. Being in pain every minute of every day, or knowing I have to live another 50 years this way. He said “you’re going to have to find a way to deal with it”. Not in an ugly way, but more matter of factly. And I just don’t know HOW to do that when I’ve been in this pain since I was 8 years old.

Shoes without shoelaces. A conditioning wash and rinse from Curlsmith for when my arms can only manage one wash before they stop working. Helps. Just gotta hang on for dear life!

That mini auto park at red lights, not the annoying engine shut off, in newer cars is a godsend. I don't have to hold the break pedal. I use it regardless because it helps but it's the best when I'm in a flair.

Yeah, I started to storyplot my storys with AI, because: Fartuige makes hard to remember all of the Rules I build(Its an like very very big fantasie univers, like enough stuff to get over 13 books) and I'm hard Dyslexic. And the posture problems I would get because of the constand writting a lot of pain, so I cam aviod that. So the story and the ideas stays the same, but I can provide faster and I can detect logicproblems much easier
