When I first started out, somebody brought something very important to my attention. They told me that I see customers at their worst days and that some of their worst times. Nobody that comes and sees me is in a good mood because not only is their transportation, broken, but they have to spend money to get it fixed. I enjoy bringing a little bit of humor to their life if I can. I really enjoy interacting with the younger generation and being able to help them with their automotive needs, and also knowing that they’re bringing it to a place that they’re not going to be taken advantage of. It gives me a sense of the fulfillment being able to help others, and it gives them a place that they can trust.
