Creamy Turkish Chicken Ingredients: For Chicken 500 gms chicken 1 tbsp garlic chopped 2 tbsp tomato paste 4 tbsp yogurt 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp oregano 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp oil 3 tbsp butter For White Sauce (béchamel ) 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp flour 1 cup milk Half cup thick cream 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp chili flakes 1/4 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp garlic powder 4 tbsp Mozzarella cheese Coriander and chillies flakes for garnish Marinate the chicken with all the mentioned ingredients, in a pan add oil and butter, cook on medium heat for 15-18 minutes until fully done. In a another pan make white sauce, add butter,flour, keep stirring for 2-3 minutes, add milk and cream mixture,with spices, keep stirring and cook for 4-5 minutes until it thickens. (Add little milk if its too thick) Pour the sauce over chicken,sprinkle some mozzarella cheese, cover and let it melt for 4-5 minutes a low heat, garnish with coriander and chilli flakes.
