Being misunderstood is so exhausting, explaining myself makes me feel crazy, performing in a language I don’t naturally speak is confusing. I don’t even mind being unseen I just hate that people take it as an offense to them, which just further proves they don’t see or understand me.

I’m just tired of trying to get to know people when most of the time they’re only around for a short time. I’m tired of basic communication that doesn’t lead to deeper conversations. I’m tired of relationships that only exist late at night or in a bedroom. If that’s all that’s out there I’d rather be alone
