I’m so confused by these comments. As a native who historically has been extremely hard on NYPD - the cops did the right thing. She wasn’t waving a plastic knife. It was a huge knife. On 42nd street. 100s of tourist. She stabbed AND KILLED someone. At that point her mental health diagnosis is null. This could have been worse.
