This is not about winning or losing. It’s about how you conduct yourself. You were seen sleeping during the competition, and then, during Miss Opal’s final walk as she closed her reign, while representatives from all the other countries stood up to show their respect, you remained seated. What makes it even more disappointing is that you are also a music teacher — someone who should understand the value of discipline, respect, and proper conduct in a group setting. Seeing this kind of behavior is genuinely disappointing. You may have been tired, upset, or unhappy with the result. That is understandable. But a lack of goodwill and respect cannot simply be excused as “disappointment.” And looking at everything you showed throughout the competition, your elimination from the Top was completely understandable. An international pageant is not only about appearance or a few minutes of shining on stage. It also evaluates poise, professionalism, conduct, and how someone represents their country. To put it bluntly: the pageant didn’t miss out on you. Your own attitude answered why you didn’t deserve a place in the Top.
