I’d recommend using minoxidil and dutasteride along with micro needling your hairline that’ll help keep your hair and if you want your hair to be thicker again, I’d recommend getting a transplant because I don’t know if those things can make your hair back to what it was before you started going bald or if I could just keep the hair that you have already, but if you don’t wanna get a hair transplant, you can use stuff like scalp armor to make it look like you have more hair
