This call could have been made by Rachel. This food worker cannot confirm that it was Lindsay. Anyone can call and say their name is or they are Lindsay. If the worker didn’t physically describe the woman who placed the order, her testimony is nothing more than hearsay. It’s subjective, not an objective fact.
