Here’s what you need to make this:   200g pasta, I used mafaldine 250g beef mince 1 onion, diced 1 carrot, diced 1 stick celery, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 40g ’Nduja 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp dried oregano 1 x 400g tin finely chopped tomatoes 200ml beef stock 10g basil, torn 30g Parmesan, grated, plus extra to serve   Check out my website for the full written recipe 🙌 Have a go, and let me know how you get on! ❤️
