“Nepo baby” is at all levels too. Happens in law enforcement, medical facilities, businesses, etc. Its not uncommon for children to follow the same paths as their parents and/or grandparents.

My husband is a doctor, his father is a doctor, his grandfather was a doctor, and two of his brothers are doctors. No doubt he worked hard, but you better believe there were advantages coming from the income and proximity of his father and grandfather. Sometimes connections can make the difference between getting admitted to a graduate program or not.
