Worst customer service I have yet encountered is your app. I’m reporting a food safety issue who might get health sick who would order the same food, but instead of solving the “inconvenience” in reporting an issue through your app, you guys just don’t take it seriously and ends the live chat to transfer to “support specialist team” that says “will get back to you 6-12hours.”

Start paying your employees more per delivery, remove the requirement to have your name on the insurance (I’m 21 and I’m still under my mom and dads name and the company doesn’t include extras on the main card). DoorDash is easier to work with but I’d prefer to do it with Uber. Maybe even add similar things like DashMart in cities and more services!?

To anyone who’s had annoying problems with the customer service text/chat in the app, the reason why the replies look “repetitive” is because it’s not a real representative texting you. It’s all AI. I genuinely had the same frustration reporting a missing item in an order.
