Chocolate filled Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪  Yield: 9-10 cookies Ingredients: - 1/2 cup (115g) salted butter, melted and cooled - 1/2 cup (100g) light brown sugar - 1/3 cup (67g) granulated sugar - 1 large egg, room temperature - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract - 1 1/4 cups (185g) all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips - 9 tablespoons chocolate spread (frozen for at least 30 minutes) Method: 1. Bake for 12 - 13minutes or until golden and crispy on edges and gooey in the center.let cool slightly before serving.
