In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave white chocolate chips for 30-second increments, stirring each time until melted with a glossy consistency. Allow to cool slightly and pour over cereal mixture. Mix well. Transfer mixture to parchment-lined square baking pan and allow to set in freezer for 30-60 minutes until firm.
