@wyzm66: Changing out lights for this was really quick. Everything, including wire nuts, were in the package. Once I got it all wired, up, I turned it on and was surprised at how bright it actually is. However, this light may work best in smaller areas, or areas where light isn't needed to fill the room, because the sides are solid, and the light casts downward. I have this in a small utility area, and it illuminates it well, just not near the ceiling. The ability to change the color temp of the light is awesome. I set mine to 5000K as it matches my other lights. I also appreciate how minimalist the light appears. They're not meant to be decorative, which is also perfect for the utility areas I put mine in.
