Promise it will be worth it! I didn’t get sick and I have autoimmune but my arm hurt like hell and I use my arm for facials and as a permanent makeup artist. The doctor told me to keep it while using my arm the entire day after my shot and also icing helps all the time. Feel better.🥺

oh heck . I didnt know this either. I was going to ask for one at my next appointment .... guess il put that off 😂 I meant to ask you , have you tried a tens machine yet ? im 10 weeks now and i still have the pain issues like you ( plus lower back now ) and man..... thats 30 mins of relief which really helps with getting the meanial chores done around the house AND its been helping me walk perfect ( no waddle ) .
