Unfortunately that man has said some strange things he went viral for saying teachers get more respect for being skinny and not fat, this man said he would give a pass to girls, but they have to let him know when they are on their periods what?, Lastly that school is 5 levels and the kids only get 5 minutes to go to the next class it is not possible for them to go to their lockers get their books, go to the bathroom, and then head to class while fighting against other students passing through the halls. School is like prison how are you telling somebody when they have to go to the bathroom it makes no sense and the school spoke out and said none of their teachers can stop kids from going to the bathroom they have no policy in place

Every time I used the bathroom in HS I was actually using the restroom. I know that’s not everybody’s reality, but it’s mine especially at work now on the line. I probably go 6–7 times a day, and I’m in and out in 2–3 minutes. If I have to go, I have to go. I’m not holding my pee and risking a UTI just because a teacher thinks I’m trying to get out of class. I would just walk out. Bathroom passes shouldn’t be a debate when it’s literally a basic human function.

Baby, my sister is a principal and she even say y'all are ridiculous and y'all need to be written the f****** a New York City school principal. she became a teacher for. she even said that the parents got to start passing charges on y'all because what happened? if it's a medical reason and you still saying are we going to go together? some kids have weak bladders. some kids are born with medical problem. how you telling kids they cannot go to the bathroom how y'all even though they friends in the f****** bathroom y'all a widow ass teachers and I had to teach it like this and I was on my. girl most american high schools are big. 5 min in between classes is not enough time to get to the other side of the building , to the bathroom & to class on time. it’s just unrealistic.

If they only have 4 minutes in between classes, how do you guys expect them to navigate through the masses, use the bathroom, wash hands, and get to the next class. God forbid they have to poop! It’s giving power hungry. If a kid abuses bathroom privileges, address that child

It’s not for you to tell someone if they can use the bathroom. If you feel the student is taking advantage, pull them aside and discuss and/or escalate to parents. You can’t blanket everyone. I wish someone would tell my child they can’t use the restroom

Some kids have weak bladders, some get uti n need to use for frequently, girls bleed through tampons, some have hygiene problems they may be embarrassed about. Kids shouldn’t have to tell u THEIR business to use the bathroom.

I physically could not use the bathroom between classes in highschool because EVERYONE else had to use them too because of teachers like that. Let them go when they need to, they’re almost adults.
