Your business cert is another layer of security authentication,always make sure you are close to your business cert. Relax before your BP go high. The same thing happened to me herrrr I nearly sit on myself sis hmm I’ve to go to GRA and sign some letters oooooh…..someone stole my agent sim so I quickly call them to suspend the sim till I come to the office to reactivate it.. they did till I got all my details finally replaced it and they reactivated it for me and my money was intact 👍 just pray that this never happen to you 🫡🫡😭😭 All my savings herrr

u should have first call the mtn agent line to report and give them permission to block the sim before going to the mtn office. this happened to me years ago and i call them to block my line before getting it back. i always complain that mtn are not serious company, they dont treat agent fairly, this is an emergency situation but mtn wont mind u but for other networks they will block the sim first before asking for any other documents from you. i have pass through same problem before so i understand u. but dont panic your money will be safe.
