@its.raes.world: Posted notes will be your lifesaver! When you have a million things to remember after having a baby, it’s so easy for a simple task to completely disappear from your brain. So instead of trying to remember everything, write ONE thing on a Post-it note. A doctor appointment. A place you need to go. A load of laundry. Something you need to buy. A phone call you need to make. Literally anything you don’t want to forget. Then stick the note somewhere you walk past constantly. The bathroom mirror. The fridge. The front door. The coffee maker. The goal isn’t to create a giant to-do list. It’s to put the reminder directly in your line of sight so your ADHD brain or overwhelmed new-mom brain actually gets the reminder when you need it. Because sometimes you don’t need a better planner. You just need to stop relying on your brain to remember everything. Save this if you’re a new mom, postpartum mom, or anyone with ADHD who struggles with remembering all the little things.#newmom #newmomtips #postpartum #worththesearch #creatorsearchinsights
