@jalen_hicks: A YEAR. Not a week. Not a month. A whole damn year. Nurses at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital in Michigan have officially been on strike for 365 days over issues including staffing ratios and seniority protections. And somehow, after 93 bargaining meetings, there’s still no final deal. Now look… I know there are two sides to every labor fight, and the hospital says it has made a strong offer. But 365 days is CRAZY. At some point this stops being just about a contract. Now we’re talking trust, morale, retention, and whether these nurses even see a future there anymore. So I need the healthcare people to answer this one: Could you really stay on strike for an entire year if you believed in what you were fighting for?
