@mindful.home.insp: 🏠🚿 This shower has one very specific temperature setting… Not too hot. Not too cold. Right in the middle. 😂 In this case: • Shower handle only operates properly when positioned in the center • Turning the handle toward hot or cold causes the water to shut off • Handle cover does not provide enough clearance for proper operation What that can lead to: • Difficulty adjusting water temperature • Inability to operate the shower as intended • A shower that basically says, “Pick a temperature and don’t touch anything.” 😅 👉 When the handle only works in one position, I’d say the shower has a pretty strict temperature policy. 📍 South Florida | 🏠 Home Inspections 🔍 Mindful to Every Detail #HomeInspection #PlumbingIssues #ShowerProblems #HomeInspectorLife #SouthFloridaHomes 🚿😅
