Not stopping before the “stop line” is a bs excuse to pull someone over because profiling is illegal so he can’t legally get here that way. They do this, not using a blinker 100 ft before your turn and license plate light being out as excuses to stop you so they can go phishing for more charges. This cop is corrupt like all the others that do this type of tyrant behavior
