Remember folks, this tax found TONS OF WASTE FRAUD AND ABUSE, as people were using their Florida home as a "Primary residence" and are now flipping between paying new york state tax, or this new tax.

there are congressional representatives that consider NŸC their primary residence for voting purposes but live in Washington DC 11 months out of the year, will they be liable for the tax also.they are no different than a business owner that visits 2 or 3 times a year.
