@lee_duhh: The laundry room has never looked like this before… and currently the laundry room has never looked like this before! We are finally 95% competed. It’s nessary to show the beginning though. Even though it’s hard for me to do so it’s still part of the journey. #messy #clutterfree #singlemom #separation #almostthere
I have 5 kids and multiple pets there is no excuses! Just declutter only keep what you 100% use and need

Some of those comments are unbelievable! This woman is going through a divorce, raising two young children, working with what she has, and learning how to fix up her home HERSELF! And somehow people have decided she’s intentionally messing up her own house “for content?” ANYONE who has actually followed her for the past several months has watched that house get better and better because SHE is making it better. She’s learning as she goes, making mistakes, fixing them, and getting things DONE instead of sitting around waiting for somebody to rescue her. That’s not “content.” that’s a woman rebuilding her home and her life at the same time. I hope she knows there are plenty of us watching and seeing the progress that she has been making! We are rooting for you, girl, as well as, your family, every step of the way! God bless you all ❤️❤️❤️

I know this is probably not what you’re gonna wanna hear but you’re gonna have to minimize your home. Gonna have to throw away some stuff in order to get that clean lift that you need. Also, the organized look. I’m talking from experience and it actually help me understand that I was a little bit of a hoarder of unnecessary things.

sounds silly but the best thing to do here, is pick a room at a time. empty the whole room, act as if you've just moved in and decorate the room to fresh standard. then put in what you would when you first would move in. do this to each room.

I got sick & after daily cleaning I had to submit to bed. If anybody sees my place he would say these rooms have never been clean. Let’s admit that human are fragile & can relapse easily.

It’s so hard and chaotic.. go room to room and purge each room one at a time! Also work towards a routine for you that you don’t put it down but instead put it away.. trains the kids by example! Said with love from someone who used to be where you are!

Throw it all away . Get a dumpster . Trash it all . Start fresh . Otherwise you are going to be in this cycle forever . After u get it under control start decluttering every month for donations/ sell .

Something that’s helped me is to have a “home” or place for every item no matter how small. I don’t keep doubles of things. It helps so much!! 💛 You making a good first step !

Some of these comments to me are so unnecessary. I commend you for being brave enough to be so vulnerable to put this out there for so many people to judge you. You are doing hard things. Living a life they have no clue about. You’re doing great momma. Keep up the good work!

an idea: collect ALL the pantry food together, throw away anything expired, nearly empty, or suspect. if you still have too much prepackaged food for one spot go through it before buying any more of it. i say this as it looks like you have your pantry storage across a few rooms in the house and this will always make clutter feel worse. you will have to find a “home” for your pantry that isn’t allowed to spread, if that makes sense. basically as soon as that spot is full you can’t deviate and find other spots for food as it will go back to feeling clutterered.

As a person who has always worked (or studied) full time and that raised a child by myself, there are 3 key things to having a clean home. 1. Dont have to much stuff, everything needs a home. 2. You need to clean up the "normal" stuff every day. Like dishes and putting things where they belong for 20-30 minutes. Otherwise it will grow. 3. Do a scheduled weekly clean and involve kids (dusting, bathroom, vacuum etc). Make it a weekly routine, for example before the weekend and make pizza after.
