I want a sign saying "Before ring the bell or knocking or any act to gain the occupier's attention be aware that talking to an occupier is charge at £50 per minute with a minimum charge if 5 minutes to be payed in for upon the occupiers coming to the door. Attempting to contact the occupiers in any is deemed as accepting this agreement to these terms and conditions."
