Ya'll don't get this. It's Pathological Demand Avoidance. She's not doing it to be petty or because she's immature. It's because people like us see the world differently. Tell us to do something we're already doing, we're not going to want to do it. In this case, he told her to not spill the water, which is stupid (becuase why would she spill the water in the first place and why do you have to tell her to not spill it? If she did, it would be on accident. Accidents are accidents, so it shouldn't be something to even mention), so she spilled the water. It's like telling someone to do the dishes while they're doing the dishes. It hurts in a way. In another way it's to gain back control.
