Before a drivers license is issued, everyone should be required to sign a legal contract that stipulates if a person is caught driving intoxicated (alcohol, drugs or other), their license is automatically revoked FOR LIFE, ZERO TOLERANCE, ZERO EXCEPTIONS. It is a privilege to drive and a great responsibility. You want to drink, knock you self out but have the decency to take a cab, an Uber, a bus, the subway or walk.
