Beginning Each Day Father, this day belongs to You! I will celebrate and be glad today. It is better to obey than to sacrifice so today, I am making a decision to submit to Your will so that my plans and purposes may be conducted in a manner that will bring honor and glory to You. Help me to be spiritually and mentally alert in this time of meditation and prayer. I completely trust You and place my family in Your keeping - my parents, spouse, children, and grandchildren – knowing the One I trust is able to guard what I have entrusted to Him. Thank You for ordering Your angels to protect us wherever we go. They hold us up with their hands so that we won't even hurt our feet on a stone. Thank you, Father that Your love never ends and Your mercy never stops. Your loyalty to me is great! Father, I kneel in prayer to You – all beings in heaven and earth were created by You. You are wonderful and glorious and I pray that Your Spirit will make us strong followers and that Christ will live in our hearts because of our faith. You can do anything, Father – far more than we could ever think or imagine – by Your Spirit within us. Glory to You forever! Amen
