Manaros Boransing II that consulting his army lawyer while on the witness stand is not permitted. Boransing clarified that he was asked his lawyer to explain the recent stipulation made during the proceedings. "Kindly avoid that, Col. Boransing. As earlier ordered by the Chair, while you are testifying, you are not to consult or to get any coaching from anyone whether it's a party in interest and/or the counsels for either party," he told the witness during the 20th day of Vice President Sara Duterte's impeachment trial.
