because she didn't have those thoughts until AFTER she met Jennifer Tufts. all the medications she was prescribed made her worse and worse. probably because she was being given the medication by somebody else but anyway that's a different post

Idk why she thought her kids would be taken away. In what world does a mother go to get help and her kids don’t stay with the husband/father at home? It was an irrational fear that caused her to lie and withhold symptoms that cost her kids her life. Just on that alone she’s guilty.

Her mental state only matters if she did it. The kids deserve justice and for their killer to be punished. If she was on the ground dying from a dozen injuries + hypothermia during the exact same window of time the kids were being unalived, SHE CAN'T BE GUILTY. So your points are moot.

Jennifer Tufts is an awful doctor who over medicated Lindsay., Lindsay did tell tell Tufts she had “horrible thoughts” and Tufts did nothing but throw pills at her. Tufts was unqualified and needs to lose her lisence.
