you're going to be fine!!! I just had mine August 31st (yesterday) and an elective is so chill. zero pain! Just tugging and pulling. the spinal was nothing too! its going to be so smoothe and quick!

I had my elective c section 11weeks ago and im honestly such a hater of hospitals and doctors and it went so smoothly. I was at peace the whole time. I didnt even recognize myself and my husband said the same thing that I was so calm. also remember if you want your significant other in the room while you get the spinal and iv just ask. i did and they were more than accommodating. youre going to do great. if you have a hard time with needles request an ultrasound guided iv. I was also terrified about the spinal but it was a pinch and thats it.
