This might just be my new favorite type of Tiramisu. Ingredients For the Ladyfingers: 6 large eggs, separated Pinch of kosher salt ¾ cup (5.5 oz/150g) granulated sugar, divided ¾ cup plus 2 tbsp (3.75 oz/110g) all-purpose flour ¼ cup (1 oz/30 g) cornstarch 1 tbsp vanilla extract ½ cup (2.25 oz/60 g) confectioners’ sugar For the Mascarpone Cream 6 large egg yolks ⅓ cup plus 1 tbsp (2.8oz/80 g) granulated sugar 16 oz (450g) mascarpone, at room temperature 4.9 oz (140g) Nutella 1¾ cups (420ml) cold heavy whipping cream 1½ cups (360ml) strong espresso or very strong coffee, cooled 1 tbsp Kahlúa or other coffee liqueur (optional) For the Topping 8.8 oz (250g) Nutella 1 tsp neutral oil, plus more as needed ½ cup toasted unsalted hazelnuts, roughly chopped You can find the full recipe on my website!
