As someone who doesn’t really watch any sports I don’t understand why tennis requires silence but other sports don’t have the same expectation (like crowd noise is normal at soccer games, volleyball ball, literally everything else)

I'm tired of seeing the slams cater to influencers when most of them don't even care about the sport. They're just there for their stupid photoshoots. I get that sponsors need to be promoted but they should be sending people who actually have an interest in the sport
