Women do more of the physical work in reproduction than men. Men contribute sperm, which is very important for creating a baby, but women carry the baby inside their body for about nine months and then give birth. Pregnancy causes many physical changes and requires the woman’s body to support the baby as it grows. Men do contribute to reproduction, but the physical burden is generally much greater for women.

The point is that while some men might work hard to support their wife and help her through pregnancy, not all men do. Whereas every pregnant woman has to go through pregnancy, regardless of whether or not she has the help of the father. They can't stop being pregnant and then still reap the reward of having a child in 9 months. A man can. And while men that stay do experience stress, it will never compare to what the mother goes through to grow and sustain life with her own body. They provide sperm and sometimes financial or emotional support. That is not equivalent to actually carrying the pregnancy and risking your health and life to give birth.

Adam Bueno I would appreciate if you read this but this is Just a thought about the people calling you ableist. Cause I feel like they are being ableist as well. Like, im not saying this to dictate what you meant lol cause im not sure if your were actually tryna mock ppl. But if they are calling you ableist for using that satire voice that “mocks people with Down syndrome” aren’t they also stereotyping that. Cause what if you were just doing that to be funny or show people you weren’t being serious. 😳😳And the fact that people jump straight to correlating that voice with down syndrome says something about them.
