Te lo explico fácil: 🚢 Por barco (pequeños emprendedores) El agente de carga se encarga de: ✔️ Nacionalización ✔️ Pago de aranceles ✔️ Trámite aduanero ✔️ Entrega en Bogotá Ejemplo: Caja 50x50x50 puesta en Bogotá → $300.000 aprox (todo incluido). ✈️ Por avión (menos de USD 2.000) El courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) hace la nacionalización. Pero ojo: Te cobran: ✔️ Arancel ✔️ IVA (19%) ✔️ Servicio administrativo (~$100.000 – $120.000) Ejemplo básico: Producto: $200 USD Flete: $300 USD Total base: $500 USD Arancel (10%) → $50 Nuevo subtotal: $550 IVA (19%) → $104.5 Y a eso le sumas la gestión del courier. No es imposible. Solo necesitas entender el cálculo. Por barco es más simple. Por avión necesitas estudiar un poco más. Pero no es nada del otro mundo. The man who took the famous last photo of Tupac Shakur and Suge Knight minutes before Tupac was shot testified in Duane "Keefe D" Davis' trial on Friday. Leonard Jefferson heard the gunfire when he was on the phone canceling his California Pizza Kitchen order because Tupac invited him to the club. He visiting Las Vegas from Los Angeles, where he knew Shakur, and he saw and BMW and "the wheels really caught my attention, and then I looked up and I saw was Tupac and Suge sitting in the car." "I just said I said, 'Hey, what up, Pac?' And then he kind of looked and kind of took like a double take. 'Oh, what up, man?' And I said, 'Hey, where you guys headed?'" Jefferson testified Friday morning (August 21, day 5). He said, 'We're headed to the club. You should follow us.' I said, 'Alright, cool.'And then I don't know. I said, "Man, let me get a picture real quick.' And I just I had my camera in my center console, so I just grab my camera and snap the picture." Prosecutor Binu Palal displayed the photo. "What is that?" he asked. "That's the picture that I took," Jefferson answered. Jefferson testified for 29 minutes. You can watch all of it on my YouTube channel and Facebook page. Davis is accused of organizing Tupac's murder as part of a feud between the South Side Crips and the Mob Piru gang, which was tied to the Bloods, and as retaliation for Shakur attacking Davis' nephew Orlando Anderson in the MGM Grand casino, weeks after gang members including Anderson were involved in fight at the Lakewood Mall in California. Prosecutors have said Davis was a shot caller in the Crips and that the Mob Piru gang was associated with Death Row Records. They plan to use his own words against him, including his memoir "Compton Street Legend" and his interviews with DJ Vlad in July 2019 and May 2023. Davis, 63, has been in jail since his arrest on Sept. 29, 2023. #law #crime #court
