(CONTEXT) The woman in question stabbed a man as he exited the subway (he is currently in the hospital) She then ran down the street and stabbed and killed a woman. Police surrounded her and tried to talk her down for over 4 minutes. They deployed 3 tasers, all of which were not effective. Police demanded she drop the knives to which she replied "I'm not dropping anything. I would rather kill both of you." She then lunged at police and was subsequently shot and killed.
