@greenpeacenz: On Saturday 19 September, Robyn Malcolm will join thousands gathering at Albert Park in Auckland at 1pm for the #MarchForNature. For generations, people in Aotearoa have cared for and protected nature so that it could thrive. This is because we know we have a responsibility to leave these places as wild and beautiful for the generations who come after us, and for the wildlife that depend on them. Yet the Government’s Conservation Amendment Bill threatens the land we thought would always be protected. It would rewrite conservation law to enable greater commercial exploitation of public conservation land. Join us on the 19th! marchfornature.nz Music by AudioCoffee: audiocoffee.net #NewZealand #Environment

Shame the greens party are just activists and not green at all. They have forgotten the core green values

Go greens. Be iconic and establish a politicians lying and divisive tactic ban like they've done in Wales, but better.

You people like having a low income society with people in poverty as we can't use our natural resources for prosperity?

Look after the land first - then look after the people - then we can talk about using it. It needs to be the bedrock of all government policy and social use of the natural places of Aotearoa. This government isn't listening so lets make them!

25/5 Pomodoro Timer with White Noise for studying, productivity, deep work and ADHD-friendly focus. 🔎 Search “Luneia Focus” on Y*uTube, and subscribe 🤍 Daily Pomodoro Timers 🤍 Full 1-hour Pomodoro study timer with two 25-minute focus blocks, one 5-minute break and steady white noise for low-distraction work. A simple focus session without music, talking or sudden changes. Use this when you need a study timer for reading, writing, exam prep, desk work, remote work or short deep work sessions. This format is useful when 50/10 or 60/10 feels too long and you need something easier to start. 25 minutes is short enough to begin without overthinking, but long enough to make real progress on one task. 🤍 White noise gives you a steady and consistent background sound across the frequency spectrum. It can help mask voices, room noise, small distractions and sudden background sounds while you study or work. White noise can feel brighter or stronger than pink noise or brown noise, so volume matters more. --- ✅ Best for: • Studying • Deep work • Exam prep • Reading and writing • University work • Desk work • Remote work • ADHD-friendly focus • No music concentration • Noise masking • Short focus blocks --- 🎯 How to use it: 1️⃣- Choose one clear task before pressing play. Do not waste the first focus block deciding what to do. 2️⃣- Use headphones if you can. White noise works better for noise masking when the sound is controlled and close to your ears. 3️⃣- Set the volume carefully. White noise can feel brighter than pink noise or brown noise, so keep it loud enough to cover small distractions, but low enough to stay comfortable. 4️⃣- Have your study materials ready before starting: laptop, notes, book, water and anything you need for the task. 5️⃣- Use Block 1 to start the task and get past the first resistance. 6️⃣- Use the 5-minute break to stand up, drink water, stretch, breathe or rest your eyes. 7️⃣- Use Block 2 to continue, finish or review the same task. Try not to check your phone during the focus blocks. That usually breaks the whole point of using a Pomodoro timer. --- ⬇️ Comment “FOCUS” when you start. Then reply to your own comment after each block: Block 1 ✅ Block 2 ✅ This helps you track your session and makes it easier for other people to start with you. --- 🤍 SAVE this video for your next study session. 🔎 For a better background setup on PC, TV or tablet, search “Luneia Focus” on YT 🤎📹 ✅ FOLLOW LuneiaFocus for more Pomodoro timers, focus tips, study timers, white noise, pink noise, brown noise and no music focus sessions. --- #pomodorotimer #studytimer #pomodoro #whitenoise #deepwork
